The Wolf Among Us Remastered is out, with choices that carry into the sequel
The remaster includes all five episodes and lets players carry choices into The Wolf Among Us 2 through a Telltale Account.

The Wolf Among Us Remastered launched on October 29 with a way to carry key choices into the sequel. Players who sign in to a Telltale Account while playing the remaster can bring those choices into The Wolf Among Us 2.
Those who want to start with the sequel can instead establish their past choices at the beginning, without playing the remaster first. The next game is planned for 2027, according to Telltale.
Letting players establish past choices in the sequel makes room for those who do not want to revisit all five episodes.
The remaster includes all five episodes of the original story. Bigby Wolf, Fabletown’s sheriff, investigates a murder that threatens to expose a hidden community of fairy-tale characters in Manhattan. He questions suspects and examines crime scenes; choices affect conversations and relationships with the town’s residents.
The new edition improves lighting, animation and environments, and adds a Noir Mode that can be switched on or off at any time to play in black and white. Bonus material includes interviews, concept art and restored content.
The game is available on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, PS5 and Xbox One, with backward compatibility on Xbox Series X and S. A Switch version will follow later, and physical editions are expected in early 2027.
