Witchbrook will launch on January 28, 2027 for PC and consoles, Chucklefish and Robotality have announced. Alongside the date, the developers confirmed a day-one PS5 release, joining Switch, Switch 2, Xbox One and Xbox Series.

Chucklefish says the digital game will cost $24.99 at launch, with further regional prices to follow. Standard and collector’s physical editions are planned for after the digital launch; details will be announced later.

The Steam page currently lists January 27, a day earlier than the developer’s website.

Classes, business and friends by the sea

In Witchbrook, you arrive in the seaside town of Mossport as a student witch. According to the Steam page, classes and assignments in subjects such as potions and astrology advance your studies and unlock more spells. Away from class, you can start a business, make goods for residents and deliver orders by moped or, once licensed, broom.

You can play alone or in online co-op with up to four players. The game’s website also describes relationships with fellow students, romance options and a cottage to renovate and decorate.
