The Skyblivion fan-project team says a former volunteer threatened legal action in a dispute over code they contributed. In its statement, the team says the disagreement concerned maintenance of the work after its access to the source-code repository was revoked.

The team says it removed the volunteer’s code and rebuilt the affected system, but that the threats continued. Its statement does not report a lawsuit filed in court.

The project aims to recreate The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion in Skyrim’s engine. The team asked its community not to harass the former volunteer.
