NVIDIA says Hogwarts Legacy will receive a PC update with DLSS 5 on November 5. It is intended for GeForce RTX 50 Series graphics cards and laptops, RTX Spark PCs and GeForce NOW Ultimate. After installing the update, players can turn on Neural Rendering in the game settings.

The technology uses information from the game’s rendered image to change lighting and material detail. It is separate from other DLSS tools such as resolution upscaling and frame generation. Support for other DLSS features on older RTX cards does not make those cards compatible with DLSS 5.

War Thunder is due to receive it in the Eagle’s Shadow update in mid-November, followed by Where Winds Meet on November 23. NVIDIA says a Game Ready driver for these games is scheduled for November 4.
