The series follows a girl who chooses isolation after Sam reconnects North America.
Death Stranding ISOLATIONS takes place shortly after Sam reconnects North America through the Chiral Network. The synopsis accompanying the official teaser introduces a girl who was forced into isolation and later comes to prefer it, avoiding connections with others.
The series also follows characters whose paths differ from Sam’s and his companions’, including a soldier and an angry boy. E&H production is making the hand-drawn 2D animation, directed by Takayuki Sano.
The series is due to stream in 2027 on Disney+ or other Disney services. No precise premiere date has been announced.
