Publisher Kodansha says CaTHaRSiS: The last of atelier will launch on PC on December 1 and plans to add Photo Mode to the full game after feedback from demo players. The Israeli Steam listing currently shows a different date, November 30.

According to the publisher’s announcement, Photo Mode will pause the game and let players move the camera freely, adjust its angle and brightness, hide characters and take screenshots. It is planned for the full release and is not in the available demo.

Creator Mana’s game takes players through ten worlds inspired by famous paintings, including works by Van Gogh and Monet. Kodansha says the perspective and controls change between stages: some involve walking through a 3D space, while others use side-scrolling or a boat.
