BloodRush: Undying Wish will leave Steam Early Access on December 3, 2026, after more than a year, and launch the same day on PS5, Switch, Xbox One and Xbox Series. Developer Lightmancer Studios and publisher Nuntius Games say it will also be playable on Switch 2 through backward compatibility with the Switch version.

Version 1.0 adds a final boss fight, a new weapon and conclusions to major story arcs. The story takes place in a world where Death has been imprisoned, and the protagonist sets out to bring Death back.

In the action roguelite, health drains over time and can be recovered through combat. Accessibility settings include difficulty and combat speed adjustments, as well as aim assist.
