The Avatar State patch arrived for Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game on Xbox Series X|S on October 30. Developer Gameplay Group calls it the fighting game’s biggest update yet: it redesigns the interface, rebalances every fighter and introduces Ranked Mode 2.0.

Avatar Aang and Nightmare Korra have new artwork and moves. The patch also adds Story Mode+, story difficulty settings, tutorials and combo trials, and brings story stages to Versus mode.

Standard Edition preorder customers and Deluxe Edition owners can vote in the main menu for the fifth Year 1 Pass fighter. The candidates are Tenzin, Kuvira, Amon, King Bumi and Asami Sato. Voting runs for a month.
